For more information, please go to https://loudounwater.ionwave.net/Login.aspx.General Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal, RFP #2026-001-1300001, is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide convenience pay services that enable Loudoun Waterâs customers to electronically and securely process payments. At a minimum, the solution must support consumer credit and debit cards, checking and savings accounts (via one-time and recurring/installment ACH), and mobile payments. Payment environments shall include the LW Connect customer portal, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, mobile devices/applications, and commonly used digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).
