The NAVCC is an audiovisual preservation and digitization facility located on the Packard Campus in Culpeper, VA. The Contractor shall provide system integration services for the Router Systems Integration (SI) Machine in the Video Lab at NAVCC. This scope includes labor, technical documentation, and all required installation materials, such as jack fields and cables. Additionally, the Contractor shall implement video monitoring services, video distribution, and digital conversion to ensure seamless system functionality. A one-year hardware warranty shall be provided to guarantee reliability and performance.

1. Volume I - Technical Volume
2. Volume II – Past Performance
4. Volume IV – Price
All factors are listed in descending order of importance. This is a Best Value Trade-Off approach competition.
The following attachments are included in this solicitation:
All proposals shall be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer, James Robinson, at jarobinson@loc.gov and the Contract Specialist, Brenda Kinlay, at bkinlay@loc.gov no later than the response date specified in the solicitation.
