ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners, Chippewa County, Minnesota at
the Office of the County Auditor, Chippewa County Courthouse, Suite 2, 629 North 11th Street,
Montevideo, MN 56265 until 11:00 A.M., Thursday, March 19, 2026, for the purpose of letting a
contract listed below. Proposals will be opened and read publicly by the County Engineer, or his
designated representative, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids.
- Supplying and delivery of 2026 Season's Requirements for Asphalt Product for Chippewa
County.
Bidders may obtain proposal forms at the office of the Chippewa County Highway Engineer, 902
North 17th Street, Montevideo, MN 56265.
A Corporation surety bond made in favor of the County of Chippewa in an amount of at least 5%
of the bid must accompany bids.
The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality therein
and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County.
