NHHC interactive audio-visual exhibit for Navy's 250th Birthday

This combined synopsis solicitation was amended to add responses to questions from industry, revise PWS, add pricing worksheet attachment, add mall photographs attachment, and extend the closing date.

The proposed simplified acquisition is being solicited for project management, development, fabrication, travel, and installation of interactive audio-visual exhibit and supporting material surrounding the Navy’s 250th birthday events.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Subpart 13.106 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Service. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a SF1449 will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 21 March 2025 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018925T0198 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov /.

This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-07 and DFARS Change Notice 20250117. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. Soliciting unrestricted in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.1 - Full and Open Competition via SAM.gov. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order under NAICS 712110. The Small Business Size Standard is $34M.

Period of Performance: 29 April 2025 – 28 November 2025

The exhibit will be located 100 S Independence Mall W, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Return travel will be from Philadelphia, PA to the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. All material to be stored on Washington Navy Yard in Building 76.

Failure to meet a requirement may result in a quotation being ineligible for award.
