Description

On November 12, 2025, appropriations provided under the Public Law 119–4, H.R.5371 – “Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026", were further amended and extended through January 30, 2026.



This action ends the partial government shutdown that went into effect on October 1, 12:00 AM. The current continuing resolution reopens the government and provides funding through January 30, 2026. If you were previously notified to suspend contract services, please resume those services at this time.
