The Northern Virginia Regional Commission (NVRC) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to serve as an independent consultant to design and develop the NOVA Climate Atlas, a comprehensive web-based platform that integrates regional climate data, hazard information, and decision-support tools.
