Plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations, as needed

The Town of Dracut invites written quotes from qualified contractors for On-Call Plumbing, Maintenance and installations, as needed in Town owned buildings, within the Town of Dracut.  The types of services to be covered include, but are not limited to fixture repairs, leaks, faucet repairs, freeze ups, drain work, repairs to natural gas piping systems, natural gas and fuel oil filters, hot water and steam systems, hot water boiler and steam boilers and piping systems including all piping, valves, regulators, shutoffs, couplings, and pressure relief equipment, domestic cold and hot water systems, including all piping, fittings, valves, shutoffs, pressure relief devices, pumps, drains, maintenance on systems, etc.

A one-year contract shall be awarded pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. 149, to the responsive and responsible quote offering the lowest total estimated price.

These specifications are in anticipation of funding. All contracts are voided if funds are not available.

Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 sec.44A(2)(A) and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

The Town of Dracut reserves the right to cancel the quote request, reject any or all quotes and waive informalities.
