The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for the following supplies:

ii. Rating: 80 Horsepower minimum

Delivery to the WYAO located at 205 Chamberlain Road, Mills WY, 82644. FOB Destination of all watercrafts and trailers with an anticipated delivery date on or before April 1, 2026.

It is anticipated the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about 4 June 2025 via the SAM.gov website.

It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments.

The product service code is 1990 and the NAICS code is 336612.

HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations are not requested and will not be accepted from this Pre-Solicitation Notice.

It is required all companies are to be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting a quotation for this solicitation.
