Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract for five (5) total years, comprised of one base year and four (4) option years to provide annual Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction Ultrasonic Testing (TOFD) training.
This posting serves as a Presolicitation notice in association with N32253-25-Q-1007.
This requirement is anticipated to be a 100% small business set aside.
The tentative start date is 1 July 2025.
The location of performance is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services; the size standard for this NAICS is $19,000,000. The Product Service Code is U004 - Education/Training - Scientific/Management.
Submission instructions will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation and written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure. All dates and information included in this announcement are subject to change.
