This award notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations. The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price contract utilizing procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 and FAR Subpart 19.5 to B&H International, LLC.
