RFB ERO LIB #80-F-3-25/26 - 2025 Pipe Culvert and Storm Drain Rehabilitation
This project consists of the cured-in-place pipe lining rehabilitation of pipe culverts and storm drain segments at various locations throughout the County; and all additional and incidental work as indicated in the Specifications and/or the Special Provisions contained within this Invitation for Bids. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. The bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the project. The pre-qualification application forms shall be submitted to the Bureau of Engineering a minimum of fifteen (15) days in advance of the bid opening. Application forms may also be downloaded from the Department of Public Works website at https://www.carrollcountymd.gov/government/directory/public-works/. Contact the Bureau of Engineering at (410) 386-2157 with any questions concerning the status of your firm’s pre-qualification submittal.
