Sources Sought: Aircraft Fuels and Base Supply Support Services – Joint Base Andrews
The 316th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Andrews (JBA) is conducting market research to identify qualified and capable sources to provide comprehensive aircraft fuels and supply services in support of the 316th Wing (WG), 89th Airlift Wing (AW), Presidential Airlift Group (PAG), and transient aircraft operations.
Scope:
The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, vehicles, tools, and materials (excluding government-furnished items) necessary to perform base supply services, over-and-above maintenance supply support, fuels servicing, and supply chain management. This includes Report of Survey administration and fuels support to U.S. and foreign transient aircraft, as well as assigned and tenant aircraft (e.g., 459th ARW and Naval Air Facility Washington), with priority support for PAG missions.

This is intended to identify qualified sources, determine small business interest, and assess market capabilities. Respondents should submit a capability statement that includes relevant experience, company size and socio-economic status, and any applicable contract vehicles.
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This notice is for planning and market research purposes only. No award will be made from this announcement. The Government is not obligated to reimburse costs incurred in response.
