The City of Norwalk is the recipient of a grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s (NFWF) National Coastal Resilience Fund (NCRF) to prepare a Citywide Community Flood Resilience Plan (CCFRP). Firms interested in being considered for this project should be engineering/planning consultants with expertise and experience in municipal coastal resiliency planning, policy and engineering. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
