Summary
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) purchased and implemented Nuvolo Facilities Asset Management for the purpose of managing costs and labor activities across 12 ODOT districts and Central Office comprised of ~2500 buildings . The system was configured to manage elements of buildings and land maintenance while maintaining integration to and from internal ODOT systems. ODOT has purchased Facilities Asset Management, Sustainability, Warehouse Management, and Capital Planning and Projects and developed 13 inbound data integrations and an outbound data integration to meet this goal. In addition, assessments, deficiencies, work projects are utilized along with ~100 iPads utilizing the Nuvolo mobile app. |
