The City of Ypsilanti (“City” or “Owner”) is issuing this Request for Proposal from experienced masonry restoration contractors interested in providing masonry repair and repointing at three City-owned buildings:

  • City Hall located at 1 S Huron, Ypsilanti, MI 48197
  • Department of Public Works (DPW) Office Building located at 14 W Forest Ave, Ypsilanti, MI 48197
  • Freighthouse located at 100 Market Pl, Ypsilanti, MI 48198

Work on all three buildings must follow the most recent Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation of Historic Properties (“Standards”) and Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings (“Guidelines”).
