The City of Fresno, Airports Department, Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from Financial Services Consultants to provide professional consulting services Revenue Planning Development, which includes rates, fees, and charges development methodologies and Contract/Lease Development at FAT. Firms or individuals with experience related to airport professional consulting services with regards to revenue planning development, strategic planning, which includes developing rates, fees, and charges methodologies and contract/lease development services at airports or similar facilities are encouraged to participate. This request is for a five (5) year agreement. This/These agreement(s) will be awarded to the Proposer(s) deemed to be the best value for the City of Fresno Airports Department. The City of Fresno, Airports Department, Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) is
soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ from Financial Services Consultants to

afforded full and fair opportunity to submit Proposals in response to this invitation and will
not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in
consideration for an award.
