RFP 2026-11 (BP64) - Thompson Playground
Southfield Public Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the above-referenced project. Bids are due March
18, 2026, at 11:00 AM and will be at 11:30 AM. No late bids will be accepted. Bids must be submitted
via BuildingConnected at: https://app.buildingconnected.com/public/55a1292ff1a96708004a19dc. No
physical packets will be accepted. Bid documents will be available beginning February 25, 2026 at 3:00
PM through BuildingConnected and/or www.southfieldk12.org. Bids must include the following
required documentation:
* Familial Disclosure Statement (MCL 380.1267)
* Iran-Linked Business Certification (Public Act 517 of 2012)
* Bid Bond equal to 5% of the base bid
For projects exceeding $50,000, the successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% Performance
and Payment Bonds in accordance with Michigan law. Southfield Public Schools reserves the right to
reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities in bidding. Surety must be in
Michigan.
