Synopsis
|
The City of Detroit is soliciting proposals for a Courier Service who will pick up mail at the specified locations and presort the City of Detroit mail. An offsite solution is also proposed to explore utilizing the vendor’s equipment and facility to process the City of Detroit’s outbound mail as a backup for the City of Detroit mail meter machines, and fold and insert services.
