SCOPE
-
Removal and replacement of the portions of the exterior plaza brick paver system to re-level/modify slopes for areas of shifting and settling pavers to meet ADA Guidelines for access to doors and sidewalks

Remove full height mirrors from restrooms

Remove/retrofitting/replacement of select portions of the Men’s and Women’s restrooms for specific renovations for ADA compliance, includes accessories, partitions, toilets, countertops, sinks, finishes, and lighting

Installation of new ADA restroom signage
Alternate: Installation of a barrier free curb ramp at the drop off drive from Kalamazoo Ave.
