64 Avenue Widening Between 152 St and 164 St

INVITATION TO TENDERERS

The Owner invites tenders for:
The work includes widening of the 64 Avenue arterial roadway from two lanes to four lanes, installation of multi-use pathways, streetlights, traffic signal improvements and MRN paving along 152 Street.

Tenders are invited for works under Contract 1722-006-21 involving the
installation of approximately:
· 1,700 m of concrete curb;
· 51,000 m2 of various milling
· 39,000 tonnes of granular materials
· 7,000 m2 of asphalt pathway;
· 19,600 tonnes of superpave asphalt;
· Streetlighting, and traffic signal improvements

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website ( www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca ) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website. No registration,
tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD 2019 Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (2024)

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with “Tenders for 1722-006-21”and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8. Note the City has resumed opening tenders publicly at Surrey City Hall. Tenders are welcome to join the tender openings.
