Mills & Overlay Street Repair

The CITY OF HUTTO (OWNER) is soliciting SEALED BIDS for Mills and Overlay. The scope of work includes 10% Base Repair pricing based on unit rate per square yard, with an additional mobilization fee. Road striping will also be included, with a total of 12,866 linear feet or more of striping, priced per linear foot.

Each BID must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to The CITY OF HUTTO in an amount of five percent (5%) of BIDDER's total Bid amount and in the form of a certified or cashier's check on a state or national bank or an acceptable Bond issued by a reliable surety company as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute the required Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award.

The City will be accepting Sealed Bids submitted online via Bonfire at https://huttotx.bonfirehub.com/projects until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. Hard copies, or late submissions will not be accepted. Bids opening event will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams using the following information: Meeting ID: 216 199 777 198 2 Passcode: vk2oV2Pz .
