PROCUREMENT TITLE: Pylarify Radiopharmaceuticals
INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 19), 6162 S. Willow Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award one (1) task order on a sole source basis, to Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc., for PYLARIFY® (piflufolastat F 18) Injections.
BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: This procurement is for the continued providing of unit dose syringes of F-18 Piflufolastat (Pylarify) for positron emitting tomography (PET) imaging as ordered by the Nuclear Medicine Department.
Pylarify is a radiopharmaceutical, or medicinal radio-compound, and contains radioactive isotopes. Radiopharmaceuticals can be used as diagnostic and therapeutic agents to diagnose specific pathologies, such as cancer, osteomyelitis, cardiac ischemia, and infection.

PSC: 6505 Drugs and Biologicals
AUTHORITY: This procurement will be issued under the authority of FAR Part 8 Required Sources of Supplies and Services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
INTERESTED PARTIES: THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement as described in the attached Statement of Work no later than 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Wednesday, February 4th, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. Responses to this notice are to be sent to heather.chase2@va.gov.
A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
