Copy Paper Vendor Bid

BID NOTICE

Garland County will accept sealed bids from copy paper vendors until 10:00 a.m., May 20, 2026 . The bid is for copy paper to supply warehouse stock for county-wide consumption.  The bid packets will be accepted by the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids must be sealed and returned to the County Judge’s Office and outside of envelope must be prominently marked as follows:

“Please Note:  We do not accept bids by fax or email.  They must be sealed, by mail or hand delivered.

Bid forms, specifications and instructions can be obtained from the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901.  Only sealed bids will be accepted.

Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or a portion thereof.
