The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella, Contracting Office Detachment Naples, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Philips S.p.A. on Other than full and open competition basis, for one (1) Pixium Flat Field Detector which is a critical, brand specific component of the imaging system.
