Connecticut State Colleges & Universities (“CSCU”) consisting of four (4) State Universities, CT State Community College and Charter Oak State College is evaluating options for launching or expanding a gift card and prepaid card program. We are interested in a solution that offers flexibility, security, and ease of use for both our staff, faculty, and students. The program may be used for students while traveling, event incentives, and other educational purposes.
