The project includes exterior front entrance reconstruction, minor interior work. The work involves complete removal of the granite exterior stairs, reconstruction of same, granite pavers, unit masonry, construction of a new concrete handicap access ramp, millwork, miscellaneous metals, new front entrance doors, custom wood balustrade and railing system, custom metal hand railings and lighting. The work in the parking lot on Lumberyard Road includes but is not limited to demolition and reclamation of existing paved surface to subbase, bituminous concrete paving, permeable paving strip, pavement markings landscaping, site concrete, site lighting, installation of a new electrical service, dual EV charging stations and other site improvements.
