Project Description: Gateway Sign that marks the entrance to Lake Highlands. Work includes masonry, decorative stone, landscape rocks, sign lettering, steel, and landscape vegetation.
Bidders need to review the Bid Submittal Checklist on page 28 of the Project Manual to make a complete submittal.
Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference held in-person at the Paul Dyer Administration Building - 10031 E. Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX 75238 on Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. (CDT).
