ITB# RS-26-51 SW 61st Avenue Traffic Islands Traffic Calming Project

The Work includes the Contractor furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary for the construction of the SW 61st Avenue Traffic Islands Traffic Calming Project, which includes, but is not limited to, the installation of two (2) traffic island traffic calming devices, ADA compliant sidewalks, two (2) raised signalized mid-block crosswalks, curb and gutter, pavement markings and signage, grading and sodding swales together with harmonization with existing grades, ADA ramps with detectable warning surfaces, and, general site preparation and restoration. The estimated budget for this project is $215,000.

Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid bond. If recommended for award, bidder is required to submit 100% payment and performance bonds.
