This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation number 12FPC425Q0004 is issued as a Request for quotation (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Part 13 are being utilized. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to the quote that meets the requirement in the attached SOW and is the lowest price.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07 effective 09/30/2024.
