UDOT- I-70 Sign Bridge and Structure Replacement
Solicitation # UDOT270039CN
This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide services to replace overhead and ground-mounted signing and associated improvements on Westbound I-70 in Millard County, Utah. The work generally consists of removing an existing overhead sign structure and existing ground-mounted signs; furnishing and installing two new overhead sign structures, including drilled shaft foundations; furnishing and installing new overhead and post-mounted sign panels; removing and replacing guardrail; placing untreated base course; installing a junction box; performing utility potholing; and providing all required traffic control.
This contract may result in a single contract.
Project needs to be completed by November 20th 2027.

The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 4 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as “the State”). The reference number for this IFB is Solicitation #UDOT270039CN. This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB.
The documents included within this solicitation are intended to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements.
