The Town of Waynesville is accepting proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition and reconstruction of a pavilion at BI-LO Park, located at 128 W Marshall Street, Waynesville, NC 28786. The existing pavilion was significantly damaged by flooding related to Hurricane Helene. This project is FEMA-funded, requiring compliance with all FEMA public assistance repair and hazard mitigation guidelines. Interested contractors must demonstrate experience with similar FEMA-funded projects and should be familiar with all federal, state, and local regulations applicable to this scope of work.
