BD27-111 Triangle Uplands Aerial Seeding

The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Aerial seeding services on a base acreage of 1,776, and two areas with optional acreage of 50 and 212 acres, dependent on available funding. This project is on Private property in the Triangle Uplands area of Grand County, Utah and the work includes transport of the seed to the airport in addition to the seeding itself. The base acreage must be completed between September 28th and October 9th, 2026. Both optional acreages must be completed between September 28th and October 30th, 2026.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: From time of award until October 30th, 2026
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
