Project Description: This project shall include the construction of the City of Jefferson – Fire Station No. 3. Work includes the complete construction of a new fire station facility and all associated civil site work and structural components. The project shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and any appurtenances as necessary to complete the work described within these plans and specifications.
Project was awarded to Cooper & Company General Contractors, Inc. for $4,305,500 on December 16, 2024.
