The purpose of this amendment for Epoxy Flooring at Capitol Reef National Park/Fruita and Orchard Dorms IAW Statement of Work is to establish a site visit.

The site visit details are below:
December 12, 2024 at 11:00 a.m (Mountain Standard Time)
52 West Headquarters Drive, Torrey, UT 84775

The Park POC for this site visit is Charles Gittings and may be contacted at charles_gittings@nps.gov. If you plan to attend, please contact Mr. Gittings directly.

Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to cover Basement Floors of the Fruita and Orchard Dorms, 52 West Headquarters Drive, Torrey, UT 84775, located within the employee housing area, with an epoxy fleck commercial coating with epoxy sealer IAW the Statement of Work. The square footage of the basements for both dorms is 1,568 square feet, for a total of 3,136 square feet. No mold abatement is required.

Period of Performance: 23 December 2024 to 23 February 2025 (no later than)
