FY25 JFS / OEBS RSOT Tayco Office Furniture

This request will provide OEBS with Tayco Furniture to outfit the Rhodes State Office Tower (RSOT) with modern Metropolis style furniture to outfit the Columbus Downtown JFS office.

This is a State Term Schedule (STS) solicitation geared toward leveraging a valid DAS STS contract for Tayco office furniture suppliers. Non-STS Tayco office furniture quotes will be rejected. JFS will seek to award the quote based on the lowest responsive and responsible STS DAS Tayco office furniture contract bidder. Non-DAS Tayco office furniture contract quotes will not be considered.  Quoted pricing must be at or lower than current DAS contract pricing.  The items must be on the Tayco office furniture authorized DAS contract you are referencing.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract.

1.Quote provided on Company Letterhead and must contain contact name, business phone number(s) and e-mail address

2.Quotes must be valid for 60 days from the ODJFS quote request end date.

3.MBE vendors are required to provide their Certified Ohio MBE vendor number and the expiration date of their MBE Certification on the quote.

4.MBE vendors who are an STS or MMA vendor must include the vendor Contract Number on the quote (if applicable) .

5.Quote from your active/current STS or MMA (if applicable), include the STS or MMA item number (if applicable) , description and the associated reduced price on the quote.

6.Quantity and unit price for each line-item value must be included, even if item cost is $0.00.

7. Vendor must have funding available to fulfill the order in its’ entirety.
