Deliverey of Radio Frequency Safety Officer Course

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the delivery of a DND-Owned Radio-Frequency Safety Officer (RFSO) course.
This solicitation is to procure the services of one (1) Instructor to deliver the Radio Frequency Course to Department of National Defence/ Canadian Armed Forces personnel.

It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.
Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.
The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (60%) and Price (40%) compliant proposal.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.
Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
