Project Description: Herriman City is soliciting proposals from qualified waste management service providers for an exclusive franchise agreement to manage the collection, transportation, recycling, and disposal of solid waste and recyclable materials for residential, commercial, and city-owned entities within the city. Currently, Herriman City is a member of Wasatch Front Waste and Recycling District (WFWRD), which provides solid waste services for the city. It should be noted that any negotiations with responders to this RFP will take into account the uncertainty of a disengagement with WFWRD, including the costs and timeframe of such a disengagement.
