Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit:State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:cut and pile services for approximately 115 acres.
Mandatory Site Visit: A MANDATORY SITE VISIT will be held on September 22nd, 2026. We will meet at the Soapstone Area Parking Grounds (FR 142, Kamas, UT 84036) at 10:00am. (Use this link for the place to start for the site visit: https://maps.app.goo.gl/YD5KDDKMJS2x8bFk7)
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: 60 calendar days from the official Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) Extended performance window: N/A, final invoice must be received by December 6th, 2026
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
