Description
The construction contract administration services assignment is for MTO contract 2024-4049.
• The primary purpose of this project is to complete the rehabilitation of Rockport Road Westbound Overpass (Site No. 16X-0154/B0) and Eastbound Overpass (Site ID 16X-0153/B0) on Hwy 401. Rehabilitation is to include deck repairs, waterproofing and pavement, parapet wall replacements and soffit repairs.
• The service provider will provide an administration office and a full complement of staff to provide contract administration and inspection services. The project will be administered using the Contract Administration System (CMS).
• Due to restrictions for single lane closures contract administration and inspection services will be required for both daytime and overnight periods.
• The assignment is planned over a single year, starting in May 2025 and will extend completed on November 7, 2025.
