The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes for our Mitchem-Sparks Regional Diagnostic Laboratory, 1833 Industrial Blvd., Boaz, AL 35957 for monthly garbage service.

Specifications :

(1) Description of Service: Supplier to provide one (1) 6 cubic yard container to be serviced one time per week on Thursdays .  Items to be disposed of will be office trash and small animal parts.  Bags with small animal parts will be bagged up by the laboratory and will not leak.

***Awarded supplier must be able to dispose office trash and small animal parts.***

(2) Description of Service: Supplier is to provide additional pickups (if needed) to be billed per container, per request.  Agency representative will contact supplier when additional pickup is needed.

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
