This notice of Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) issued by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the “City”) to prospective and qualified proponents to provide energy retrofit coaching services and expertise to support single family home owners through the entire energy retrofit process, from assessment of opportunities, to implementation of retrofit projects and accessing financial incentives, to tracking and reporting outcomes. This program will only be available to Vernon residents.as further described in the RFP Documents available on Bonfire.
