Description
Work involves the installation of a 100mm HDPE sanitary forcemain from the lift station to the Hamlet’s lagoon, as well as various mechanical and electrical upgrades to the lift station, and installation of a heated concrete pad and site drainage improvements. Seven Persons is located 25 km west of Medicine Hat on Highway #3.
The main items of Work of this Contract include the following:
1. Supply and install of 1.5 km of 100 mm DR11 HDPE pipe by directional drill.
2. Connections to existing forcemain.
3. CPKC and HWY 887 crossings.
4. Replace and relocate the existing lift station wetwell disconnect panel, and associated electrical.
5. Supply and replace miscellaneous instrumentation and electrical/mechanical equipment in the lift station wetwell and controls building.
6. Electrical, mechanical and plumbing improvements to the controls building.
7. Upgrade the truckfill system and install a heated concrete pad and associated site drainage improvements.
The Site of the Work of this Contract is located near the Hamlet of Seven Persons, Alberta.
