FY26-REC-PARK21 Irrigation Controller Bid

The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting competitive sealed bids for the upgrade/replacement of a total of 16 Calsense irrigation controllers at Mill Creek, Luetta Moore, North Main Annex, George Roebuck, Brooklet Soccer, Nevils and Stilson Parks. Current controllers are to be upgraded/replaced to Calsense cs3000. The vendor shall provide all materials and equipment. Bulloch County Recreation and Parks will install all equipment.

The deadline for receipt of sealed bids is 3:00 PM, April 6, 2026. Prospective bidders shall file all documents necessary to support their bids. The written bid document supersedes any verbal or written prior communication between parties. Late bids will not be considered. FAXED OR E-MAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

A bid package may be requested by contacting Peyton Fuller, Procurement Director, at pfuller@bullochcounty.net, bidnetdirect.com, or the Georgia Procurement Registry at https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/georgia-procurement-registry-local-governments/gpr-overview. Any addenda to this solicitation will be issued through the procurement office, and it will be the sole responsibility of the bidder to periodically check the County¿s website for any addenda for this project. Failure to include a signed copy of any addenda issued for this project in the submitted bid package will result in the submitted bid not being considered for this project.

The outside of the sealed envelope shall include the wording: Irrigation Controller Replacement Project; Bid Opening: April 6, 2026 @ 3:00 PM; Attn: Peyton Fuller, Procurement Director.
