Description
Effingham County is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the renovation and expansion of the existing Effingham County Animal Shelter located at 307 Highway 119 South, Springfield, Georgia. The project includes interior renovations to the current facility, construction of new building additions, and associated site and utility improvements.
