This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Pubic Service Delivery, in behalf of the Department of Natural Resources and Indigenous Futures, to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of Land Surveying Services, as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Appendix B – Scope of the Deliverables.
