Description
Sealed Bids for construction of the project entitled Atlanta Street & Mitchell Street Drainage Project will be received until Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the City Manager¿s Office, 5410 Pine Street, Flowery Branch, GA 30542, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. No Bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of Bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
This project consists of grading and site work improvements, including but not limited to demolition work, curb & gutter installation, site grading (requiring import fill), concrete driveways, gravel/crusher run, rip-rap placement, erosion control, traffic control, and other miscellaneous work.
