Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) Hydraulic Engineering Sector, Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) is issuing this Request for Standing Offers (RFSO to provide, as needed, a service for the manufacture and destruction of anchor and section cables used for ice containment in the booms on the St. Lawrence River, located in Sorel, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
