Submission: Submission Deadline: Tuesday, October 6th, 2026, 5:00 pm MST. Submit your proposal by email, on or before 5:00 p.m. MST of the deadline, to: Contracting@basinrecreationutah.gov. Send two (2) separate PDF files, one for Volume I (Technical Proposal) and one for Volume II (Pricing Proposal).
