Austell Campus Building B Renovation

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College (CTT) to establish a one-time service with one qualified supplier, for Austell Campus Building B Renovation (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Chattahoochee Technical College is seeking a qualified Supplier for Austell campus Building B Renovation.  The location will be at the Austell Campus located at 1578 Veterans Memorial Hwy Austell GA 30168. Please review the eRFQ instruction document and the bid specification within the attachments section of the Team Georgia Marketplace Bid Event for more information about this project.

MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Chattahoochee Technical College (CTT) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Austell Campus on April 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
