Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Remodel the existing control room and dayroom areas at the Central Utah Correctional Facility in Gunnison, including selective demolition of existing officer stations and telephone kiosks, replacement of control-room countertops, relocation of the fire-control panel, and associated patching, painting, and finish work.
Construction Cost Estimate: $275,000.00
